When Mr. Medbourne, Colonel Killgrew, and Mr. Gascoigne are realizing that they are going back to there old age.

He realized that maybe it would be a bad idea to give people a second chance in life.

Describe the relationship between the title and the theme.
The theme is being able to have a second chance. And the title is Dr. Heidegger’s Experiment. They are related because Dr. Heidegger’s experiment is to see what happens if people are given a second chance.

How does the main conflict help to illustrate the theme?
The theme is being able to have a second chance. The main conflict is when the four people try the liquid and get younger but they return to their old habits. They are related because these four characters are given a second chance but they just waste it by going back to their old habits.

How does the climax help to illustrate the theme?
The climax of the story is when the four characters after trying this liquid they return to their old age. The theme of the story is being able to have a second chance. They are related because The four characters realize that the liquid doesn’t last long.

1) The purpose of Dr. Heidegger’s experiment as too see if the liquid could actually change your age.

2) Dr. Heidegger’s friends all know each other and when they were younger they mad some bad decisions.

3) Dr. Heidegger would not drink any water from the Fountain of Youth because he didn’t want to go through his life again because he feels like he lived his life to the fullest. But his friends would because they would probably do anything just to live their life again.

4) The narrator in the story is probably someone that found Dr. Heidegger’s note book from this experiment. He probably know what happened because he is reading his notes from the experiment. The narrator seems very positive on his facts.

5) Some points that are made in this story about aging and youth are when you are aged you get more wise and make better decisions. When you are younger you make not as good decisions and don’t think about the consequences.

7) Personally I wouldn’t want to take that vaccine because it would probably cost a lot of money first. And I would have to go though watching my family and loved ones die in front of me.
